Well.. Yes, I use them for emergencies! Their servers and system is really super! I NEVER experienced any problem in any case! They respond to support tickets not in a late fashion. May be an hour or two or few hours. contact numbers (for legal/administrative I think not for customer care) are here: http://groups.gandi.net/terms but I doubt they will help you or give you a priority over all of us, if they didn't make phone support a method for all. I am generally happy with them. Mohamed
