Reseller: Setting a password for an owner handle

I would like to drop a domain from my reseller account and allow the owner
to manage it. Before I do that, I want to make sure we have the correct
credentials for that handle.

There does not seem to be any way to establish or change the password for
that handle as a reseller.

I cannot log in to that account using what I believe to be the password. If
I try to reset the password for that handle (using
https://www.gandi.net/login/lost) it tells me that handle is managed by my
reseller account: 

	This handle is managed by a Gandi reseller. 
	please contact the company [COMPANY] if you 
	would like to make any changes to your account.

	(Also, note the typo: "reseller. please" should be 
	"reseller. Please")

How do I set the password for a handle used as the owner of a domain managed
by a reseller?

(Also, on the "Create a new topic page" the link text "Change you
information." should be "Change your information.")
