Mail General: Support time for urgent mail issues?

What's the usual turn-around time for urgent e-mail issues? Gandi mail
forwarding has been bouncing my mail since at least saturday and my
support request has gone unanswered for two full days. 

Is there a way to assign a priority to urgent, service-affecting
problems like this or does this get the same priority as minor
questions and the like?

My issue number is Ref964457. This is affecting mail for *eight*
domains. This is not a minor issue. I've put a work-around in place but
have lost mail in the interim and need this addressed ASAP.

Yes, but you did not address the issue at all. Please escalate this case
to someone who is able to fix your mail alias provisioning.
