Mail General: Gandi's server is blocking our email

I have sent 6 emails (3 from my work and 3 from my gmail account) to
faq-ticket@gandi.net informing you of an issue we are having emailing
one of your users.  It has been 120 hours since my initial email to
gandi and i have received no response from gandi.net and there has been
no change in the communication with your email servers.

Please respond to my emails!   

Do i need to paste the contents of those emails to this forum to have
the problem addressed?

p.s. yes i already checked the spam folder on my gmail account for your
responses as well as the junk mail folder / spam firewall here at work
and i see no response from gandi.

You were sent the answer to your problem right after you sent your
initial question. I note that we are still waiting for your answer to
one of our replies concerning this issue. (send by Soraya on 16 Aug
2007).

In the event that you missed it, I will resend it to you. 

Rather than opening new support tickes as you have been doing, *please
only reply to the one that I sent you*  to assure that I can have a
clear follow-up on your question.
