Is it possible to forward e-mails to more than one address? (as I don't have
a domain registered with Gandi, I can't give it a try myself)

e.g. mail@domain.tld forwards to both mail1@domain1.tld and
mail2@domain2.tld

Also, when using the included mailbox, would it be possible to have mails
delivered to that mailbox and forwarded to an external address?

Yes, you can create a redirection to multiple different addresses

Yes and No
YES : from the first answer, you can create an email adress that will
forward any message to both your mailbox and to any other address
NO : if someone send you an email directly to your mailbox, then the
message will only stay in your mailbox unless you decide to forward it
manually elsewhere. I am not aware of any automatic robot that would
forward an incoming message from your mailbox to another external
address (as far as I know it is not possible, but I may not know all
the options since I am only an user, not a Gandi buddy)

Hope it helps,
Regards
