Hi, Can you please chase this ticket. My mail forwarding seem to be corrupt since the new DNS servers change. I had a rule to forward: *@simedia.net to another address. This doesnt seem to be working anymore. Also I can't seem to edit the rule anymore. My problem is that I am losing important emails.
Mail General: <Ref850633> DOMAIN : simedia.net

Hello, We have had several e-mail exchanges with you on this topic, some of which request further information, though we are waiting for your reply. Please check your Gmail spam folder, as is it possible some of our replies may be there. In any event, you will be receiving an e-mail summarizing the situation in a few minutes. For the benefit of others who may be reading this post, note that if you had a catch-all address while you were using our old forwarding servers, when you change to our new DNS the catch-all is removed. We allow an unlimited number of e-mail aliases, and 1,000 forwarding addresses in its place however. Stelios, your other problems are addressed in your latest e-mail. Best regards,
Ryan http://www.gandi.net/

Thank you for the quick reply. I only received one email at the gmail account which I replied straight away. There is nothing inside my gmail account except your email asking for the bounce message. On Jul, 2 2007 12:47 CEST, Ryan (Gandi) wrote:

I see! I just had a look at your other messages, they were using simedia.net as the reply address domain...so if you were having problems with your domain's e-mail, that would explain quite a lot! :) Let's stick to your Gmail address for support on this topic. You should now have a nice long letter waiting for you in there, please reply to that mail to continue the discussion. It will be easier having just one communication vector. Otherwise - for you Gandi Group readers out there, if you have a problem with the e-mail of one of your domains (or if your domain has expired), it is best to not sent an e-mail from the domain experiencing problems... All the best,
Ryan http://www.gandi.net/
