Gandi.net Groups

Hi,
I cannot send any emails to hotmail @.
Each time I receive a Mailer daemon saying the windows live doesn't
allow me or consider me as a Spam.
Did somebody get this error? How can I send email to hotmail mailbox.
Moreover, it used to work.
I don't know what's happening.

I have the same problem with Hotmail.
The error message in return form Hotmail is :

"host mx1.hotmail.com[65.54.244.8] said: 550
SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons
for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics
or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin
please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help.
Email/network
admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery
information and support (in reply to MAIL FROM command) "

I guess Gandi has to contact Hotmail to understand why his ip is
blacklisted.

Yes I have exactly the same error message. It seems Gandi provider looks
like a Spam provider for Windows Live!!

Same problem here. None of the hotmail addresses I'm forwarding to
receives email anymore.

Are people from Gandi following these posts or should someone send an
email to support?

I looked how to contact Hotmail about this, but couldn't yet find any
contact address.

The same this is happening with mail addressed to ...@comcast.net (and
happened a year or so ago with ...@verizon.net).

Gandi needs to be proactive in monitoring for this situation and working
with the other service provider to get the situation corrected/resolved.

and I replied with:

"This has been an intermittent problem problem for several weeks. When

Gandi has been accused, rightly or wrongly, that it acts as an open
relay for spammers by hotmail.com, comcast.net, and verizon.net (and who
knows how many other ISPs).

We as customers/users have no way to get this corrected other than to
complain to Gandi Support which, so far, has had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE
to our cries of help.

It is up to Gandi to deal with these ISPs to get the gandi.net domain
removed from the blocks.

Damien-  I have the same problem occurring to hotmail and excite
accounts and have messaged Gandi support without a response for two days
now.  Is anyone working on this at Gandi? should we all move to a new
provider? this problem is very troublesome. here's the text of one of

I know that you guys are working on this issue, but I have emails that
need to be coming in right now. Do you have any eta on this issue?
