Hello,
I just had a great idea for Gandi. How about you guys just admit your
failure, and just drop the Mail and Hosting service forever? Go back to
domain-name registration, and leave the serious stuff to competent
competitors?
I refuse to believe anyone of you Gandi employees doesn't feel teribly
ashamed by the horrible quality of service offered here. Performance is
ridiculously low, uptimes would certainly be single digit, and support
is like a freaking joke.
What kind of magic does it really take to keep some mail servers up,
really? You go on and on with your verbose domain extension
announcments, but your customers can't even read their mails. People are
so fed-up they don't even use the support forums anymore...
Damn... Is this a joke? Or are you guys really hoping some miracle will
change your hopless asses into decent network admins in the next few
months? Just drop it already, you are ruining the image of this once
respected internet player... Losers.

Could you please write a message to my attention (Sam) to Gandi's
support explaining your specific issues in regards to Gandi Mail and
Gandi hosting services ?
Regarding server's uptime: the issue may be related to a problem on your
server. Please specify in your message the IP address of the impacted
server and we will see if we can improve its performances.
Please note that we closed the Beta in order to, among other things,
significantly improve the performances of servers reaction time.
Please also specify in your mail the problems encountered with Gandi
Mail : is it webmail related ? Is it an issue with your mail client ?

I'm also having problems with my mail. I don't even have a hosted
server, but mail outbound don't always get to its destination, and now I
can't even send mail via my smtp relay on gandi! I dcomes back with a
message
"452 4.3.1 Insufficient storage"
There is no mail sitting at gandi for download, checking my quotas shows
they are not consumed at all.
I suspect mail is not being delivered and it has finally backed up.
Like Jean-Christophe says - its not rocket science to run a MTA, I'm
happy to help if you need it.
But in the meantime - can you check the outbound mail queue for
TICM.COM? My guess is that a _LOT_ of email is sitting in there failing
to deliver.

over 24 hours. This is unacceptable! I'm trying to run a business
here! This is critical information. Where is my f***** mail???!!!

Same here - nothing has arrived in 24 hours. I just hope the email is
in a queue and hasn't been lost.
My specific problem is that email sent to cliffclimber.com isn't being
forwarded. This is an email forward that has been working for years.
Please fix this ASAP.
