Hello, This domain name does not use Gandi's mail servers (MX). So the problem is of your doing, not Gandi's :) To use GandiMail, please contact your hosting provider to replace your current MX by Gandi's MX: @ 10800 IN MX 10 spool.mail.gandi.net. @ 10800 IN MX 50 fb.mail.gandi.net.
