I am trying to upload our website by Ftp
to login in as admin using ftp software, i have tried using 'admin' for
login, and for password i have tried my user password, my gandi handle
password, in fact all the passwords i used when i created the server..I
dont remember making a password for 'admin'..
pls help as we are tryng to get a site live!

same here I'm confused

I haven't used other AIs other than "Manual AI" to create my shares.

Unless your VPS share have FTP server installed, up and running. You
won't be able to FTP anything to it. A good FTP server is vsftpd, and it
supports FTPs.

For whatever OS you specified during share creation. Go to
http://www.howtoforge.com/ and search your distro name and vsftpd for
FTP server installation helps.
