How long should it take to install a server? I deleted mine last night, and started again, this time using Gandi AI (Custom). Choosing to install a webserver. Now, 9 hours later it's still sitting at 'Order in progress' - is this normal?

I seem to be having the same problem, I chose to let Gandi AI do the installation for me, and I have been waiting with that message for it to finish for 9 1/2 hours now. In the manage packages page, it just says that packages are being installed, please wait a few minutes. I wish Gandi had a bug tracker, so we could find out if this is a known bug in the beta, or what... 'cause I've never seen a linux install go this slow!

Seems like I have the same problem too :) Been stuck at order "in progress" for about 16hrs. This is an OS only vps order, thought they had them automated?

I really wish Gandi would offer some guidance on what we should expect, for the Beta product and ultimately for the full-price release. I've been waiting for my server install to complete for about 56 hours now, and I've been given almost no info, except that a technician is working on it. Guys, if your server rack caught fire, if your technicians have all been kidnapped by aliens, if your entire building has turned to rubber and collapsed -- tell us the situation, so we at least know the scope of the problem. Utter silence does not impress.
