Ignoring any performance issues, are there any Terms of Service that say you cannot run one your hosting ? ( I could not find any TOS for the hosting )

The hosting service conditions document can be found from here: http://www.gandi.net/contracts/en/hosting/... Also the share use examples ( http://www.gandi.net/hosting/proposal/part... ) mention a game server using 4 shares so I don't think running such is forbidden.
