I have changed the dns for my domain and when I go to http://www.mydomain.com I get the default home page so I know I changed the dns correctly. I also checked and the ftp for the dns is set correctly. I have configured my account with a virtual host and root directory. I have created a user account A ftp server was created. I have followed the directions from http://wiki.gandi.net/en/hosting/gandi-ai/... I have tried entering both my ip address and domain.com as the host but cannot connect via ftp . When I try to connect with ftp in passive mode, with both Filezilla and Cyberduck I receive the following: Status: Connecting to 92.xxx.x.xxx:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.0 Server (FTP services) [92.xxx.x.xxx] Command: USER myusername Response: 331 Password required for myusername. Command: PASS ********** Response: 530 Login incorrect. Error: Could not connect to server So, what is happening?
