Hi There,

I am using Sitemaker, which up to now was a great tool. Since yesterday my
website is not accessible anymore "Page cannot be found". 

Gandi shows the website healthy and running, but sitemaker cannot edit it
and none of the several URL can access to the site anymore.

The SiteMaker edit mode returns an error as well. So it doesn't appear as
deleted but it seems to be deleted. 

Anyone has ever encountered such an issue?
Any idea?

PS: Quick advice to anyone, don't rely on Sitemaker, keep a backup on your
side one way or another. Because this situation is the worst you can be in.
Support has no emergency channel for production, and there is nothing you
can do except crying.

I am experiencing the same thing but with Basekit. It seems like its a
casual thing that happens to everyone who purchases either the basekit or
Sitemaker. That is not exceptable..
