Hello,
I have a server with ip 92.243.11.142 (VM #5709),
some hours ago I've rebooted the server after installing and
uninstalling IPtables firewall, and then i'm unable to ping it (so can't
login via ssh), every request to Apache fails with a Timeout error...
What can I do?

This server is currently in an halted state, that's why it is not
responding :)
You can start it in your web interface from:
https://www.gandi.net/admin/hosting/list

If the server still does not respond after you have started it, please
contact Gandi's customer care department so they can temporarily
activate
your console.

Yes, the server is halted because I have stopped it yesterday evening,
but now it's 'started' and still not responding (as if it were stopped)

I have sent an email using the form at
https://www.gandi.net/faq/form_contact_sup... is this the way to
contact the customer care center?
