Can somebody please provide us with more information as to how many
servers are currently installed as well as the rest of the gear in use.

Customers need to have a tour of your data center to be convinced.
Providing more information about your bandwidth, type and make of
routers and switches will help as well. 

In other words: we need to see some specs to see if the Gandi Xen
solution is really something to consider or not. Some of us are ready to
set up a bunch of servers at Gandi or another provider but some problems
have not instilled a lot of confidence.

Total transparency on both your network, setup, problems and what is
being done to overcome them will really be appreciated.
