Dear Gandi support,

First, I will emphasize once again: your company provides the worst
support I've ever seen. Second, I'd like to let you know that 2 months
of e-mailing back and forth to make our domain operational (still
didn't happen for some reason) is too much. Third, I suggest you to
learn how to treat your customers better if you don't want them to
contact higher authorities or proceed with a legal action against you.

I demand that you correct your mistakes with the name servers of
teleriva.com domain, which you replaced with some odd servers for some
reason without any explanation. I also demand that you answer my
support requests named "RE: <Ref953511> RE: Ref937153 DOMAIN :
teleriva.com" and dated Thursday, November 15, 2007 8:51 AM EET and
Wednesday, November 14, 2007 5:08 PM EET. I would also like to discuss
this situation with your management, but I cannot find any telephone
numbers on your site thus will appreciate if you provide the necessary
contact information.

If you fail to fulfill my requests, our company will have no choice but
to find another way to get our domain operational including higher
authorities and courts. We will not tolerate this kind of "support" and
your actions, that rendered our domain completely unusable for few
months.

P.S. Please don't bother to delete this topic, I will make sure it stays
here until our domain is operational and will re-post it if needed.
Found the contact telephone number on ICANN's site. Funny, but there is
an autoresponder that tells customers to send an e-mail to support,
which will answer shortly - this doesn't happen, of course.

requests regarding teleriva.com within the next 4 working days, we will
file an official complaint to ICANN as suggested by procedure.

manage your domain name online, particularly  choosing between
configure yourself your  own nameservers, or using Gandi's nameservers
with MX records.

now I'm able to control the domain. After you fixed the mistake with
wrong expiry date and removed the transfer lock, I initiated the
process of transferring the domain to our main registrar. I'm sorry to
say this, but my company is not satisfied with service, when we get
support only after involving ICANN or have to wait for days otherwise.

I hope, your service will improve in the future, but for the time being
we don't want to keep any domains with Gandi.
