To contact Gandi's support team please use our online support inquiry form at the following page: http://www.gandi.net/faq/form_contact_supp... You will receive a reply shortly thereafter by return e-mail. This being said, all payment is made online at the end of the registration process. You can choose between credit card, cheque (if payable in France) and bank transfer (if you create a prepaid account). Best regards,
