Gandi.net Groups

Hi,

I have a number of domains registered on Gandi, but the time has come to
transfer one of them away from Gandi to a US based registrar. (GoDaddy).

I've unlocked the transfer protection and opened the page that gives me
a authorization key. However, when I submit this to the new registrar,
they (their web interface) claims that the Auth Code was invalid. 

Have I done the proper steps to initiate the transfer?
