Hello, I sent a similar question via the web email form already, so apologies if you read both :> Just opening some more avenues to see if anyone might know the answer to my question. I recently transferred 4 domain names to Gandi from GoDaddy.com, two of these domain names are under my name and contact details, and 2 are under my mother's. I have access to both email addresses (mine and my mother's), and I have controlled all 4 domains from the beginning -- I am in charge, she wouldn't know what to do anyway -- her contact details are on her two domains simply because they are for her business and we wanted the appropriate details there. When I transferred the domains, the two that are under my mother's contact details showed up as a different Gandi handle. I did a search for the handle and saw that this _did_ have her contact details and realized it must have been generated automatically in the process. After submitting the transfer request (her two domains are still pending actually... GoDaddy refused and it looks like I will have to wait a bit longer), I tried to get access to this handle, but to no avail. I'm not sure if the DNS management/etc will show up under my handle anyway (since that is the account they were transffered from, and that's where it still shows the pending transfer actions). If this is the case I don't think I would need access to the other handle anyway (in which case ignore the rest of the message). However, if that is not the case (and I will need access to the other handle to access those domains), I'd like to get this squared away. I assumed the email address for the handle would match the one that was in WHOIS (since this is where the automatic handle pulled information from), but after submitting the Lost Password form, nothing appeared in her email (or mine). The email for the handle actually shows up as the anonymous @gandi.net email, so I'm really not sure where it is really pointing (if anywhere at all). How do I get access to this? It was created from my transfer requeset, I even replied & confirmed the transfer request from the proper email associated with it (although GoDaddy denied it, I made the _mistake_ of transferring to GoDaddy < 60 days ago), so I am clearly the owner of the info and should have access to it as far as I can tell. Can I send you guys an email from the email address that _should_ be associated with the handle for a password reset? Or since the first transfer request was denied, would it be better to maybe: - Go create an actual handle for her, instead of the auto generated one - Have you guys change the 2 pending domain transfers to that handle instead Thanks, Tyler Yates
