Nicolas, My experience is that GANDI does NOT respond. Yes - it's been a disaster for me also. Several emails to GANDI Support and not a single answer. Dozens of emails simply lost - every day. The "email reminder" service for the ownership change apparently does not work also - not a single email about ownership change confirmation. It feels like this system is a front. If I don't get some semblance of support in the next few days - I'm transferring everything. Jim On May, 25 2007 14:44 CEST, Nicolas Lhuillery wrote:

I have the same experience. dozens of emails, no replies, no support, nothing. I agree GANDI does NOT respond to its support emails. Same here, if we don't get support in a few days, I'm transfering everything as well. Dennis On Jun, 13 2007 12:26 CEST, Jim Poulette wrote:

Dennis, We have replied to each and every ticket you have opened from this e-mail address when you have written to Gandi using our online contact form. Can you please provide a ticket number for your "unanswered" question? As we are presently at a response time of 4 hours, I am surprised by your comment... Have you checked the spam folder of your e-mail client? Sometimes our e-mails are sent there, and so while we do reply, it can happen that our customers do not get our answer. I look forward to your reply. Sincerely,
Ryan http://www.gandi.net/

This sounds like it is a spam filtering problem on your side. I recently got a reminder email informing me of an expiring domain. Do you get the "GANDI acknowledgement" email with the reference number? I just sent Gandi a message through their online form regarding a contract document being in french instead of English and I got the acknowledgement email. I can report in regards to the response time tomorrow. Claus

Just wanted to mention that I got a response from a person from Gandi. I'm pretty happy about that especially since it wasn't a canned message but actually answered my question. Gandi is my preferred registrar because of this and their otherwise professional service. Thank you Gandi, Claus

Ryan, sorry for the late reply, I thought the forum system would send me an email when I got a reply on the forum. I have at least 3 support tickets I have not received an answer for. These are the ticket numbers: Ref819712 23/06/2007 Ref769570 11/06/2007 Ref726290 31/05/2007 can you confirm Gandi sent an answer to one of these tickets? I have not received them, they aren't in the mailserver's spam folders, they aren't in my outlook spam folder. I can not check what the contents of these unanswered questions were, but they were probably all about the domain name himreyscreen.be, which I have been trying to transfer to Gandi for a couple of months now (I have retried the transfer 4 times or so). I have called DNS.be regarding the transfer but they say they didn't receive any transfer requests from Gandi so I tried a support ticket. If our mail server is blocking your emails then I apologise, but you must understand it's also frustrating when you never receive an answer. regards, Dennis On Jun, 26 2007 13:48 CEST, Ryan (Gandi) wrote:

Ryan, thank you for the reply and the call. It seems gandi DOES listen to clients but the emails have been lost. I must say it's weird (but not gandi's fault) some mails did arive (concerning other problems) and *all* the mails concerning that one problem didn't arrive at all, else I would have suspected the email server blocking the mails. anyway thank you very much for the support, Dennis On Jun, 29 2007 14:27 CEST, Ryan (Gandi) wrote:
