Hi, After the GoDaddy "incident" I decided to switch registrars. I went with NameCheap based on various reviews I had seen on the internet. I am _not_ impressed. I won't go into details, but the end result is I am wanting to switch registrars again. I've read through Gandi's information, and it looks like a great choice. I have a few questions, however, prior to moving. #1 - When using Gandi's DNS services, is there a limit on the number of A/CNAME/MX records? If so - what is it? #2 - When transferring, do you get to keep all of your "credit"? My domains don't expire until 2010/2011, will I still keep this when transferring? Or do I lose this, and have to pay for those years again? I'll probably have more questions in the future, but for now - this is all. I very much appreciate any help that you might be able to provide! Cheers, David

Hi, There is no limit. you can have as many records as you want.

Only domains in .fr, .eu and .be loose extra years. When you pay for a transfer with the other extension, we automatically add an extra year on top of the current expiration date.

Just ask :) Nicolas Gandi
