Domain General: Slowest Support in the world

WE have never used gandi in the past.

But within 48 hours or submitting registraitons, alreay there are mass
problems including major over billing, payment errors, acccount
disapearling, reseller payment taken but account then removed and
disapeared....

Linked accounts that have nothing to do with our acount.

Has anyone else expeierenced this with them ?

Do they ever answer support tickets timely ???

Is there any contact number to actually talk to someone ?

500,000 domains and they dont have a contact and there is no response.

They even have listed domains in our account that are not even
registered with GANDI

how is this possible?

Just trying to see if anyone has expierenced some of the same problems

Je suis Francois Panassac gérant de la société Creascripts. Des noms
de domaine litigieux ont été enregistrés sous mon nom sans que j'en
sois informé. Gandi m'a contacté dès la connaissance de ce
problème, je me suis rendu dans leurs locaux et nous avons suivi les
procédures nécessaires pour régler les problèmes. Tout est rentré
dans l'ordre, Gandi a été rapide honnête et professionnel.

Well..
Yes,
I use them for emergencies!
Their servers and system is really super!
I NEVER experienced any problem in any case!
They respond to support tickets not in a late fashion. May be an hour or
two or few hours.
contact numbers (for legal/administrative I think not for customer care)
 are here:

but I doubt they will help you or give you a priority over all of us, if
they didn't make phone support a method for all.

I am generally happy with them.
