Domain General: Payment pending / Support reponsiveness

I have tried to pay for domain with my credit card it worked on one ACCOUNT
immediately and on *other* account renewal is hanging in pending orders for
one hour already. Money has not been deducted and I am not sure what to do
next, should I retry paying for the domains?

Is there a phone number for the support here? What is reponse time generally
here. I have been a customer since 2002ish never had a problem, response
time was quick usually.

Kinda neveous, wish I could call someone in the place.
