Hello all,

A bug occurred this morning between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (GMT), causing
our forwarding service was temporarily interrupted in addition to our
connection with the registries that manage .com, .net, .eu, and .be
TLDs.

Our technical staff quickly resolved the problem, and everything was
returned to normal by 9:00 AM (GMT). Please accept our apologies for
any inconvenience this may have caused.

To follow developments in this situation, please feel free to visit the
announcement in our blog at:

Normal? My mail forwarding has been broken since Monday and is still not
working. Your support has not even replied to me. Is this normal?

Hello Anthony,

I have already replied to your e-mail that you sent to support
concerning your e-mail forwarding (the subject is "DOMAIN :
PlasticAvalon.org").

Please check and see that my reply was not automatically sent to your
spam or junk folder by your e-mail client or webmail service. I have
just sent you another reply to the same question, so you should now
have two!

Best regards,
Ryan

OK, I have your second mail now. My mail forward is still not working
though.

Your first mail was indeed trapped as spam, for the following reasons:

Content analysis details: (3.2 points, 3.0 required)

 pts rule name description
---- ---------------------- ----------------
1.8 INVALID_DATE Invalid Date: header (not RFC 2822)
-0.0 SPF_PASS SPF: sender matches SPF record
0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
 0.9 HTML_10_20 BODY: Message is 10% to 20% HTML
0.5 DNS_FROM_RFC_ABUSE RBL: Envelope sender in
abuse.rfc-ignorant.org

Hi Anthony,

You have not changed your DNS yet as I suggested in my mail...

Please update them, wait for the propagation to occur, and then test
your forwarding. This will, in my opinion, fix your forwarding situation.

This brings to mind another idea: since my e-mail was sent to spam, it
is likely that your forwarded e-mails are also sent to your spam folder
or dismissed as spam as well. There again, switching to our new servers
should fix that (please, let's continue this discussion by the support
e-mails, as the forum is not intended for direct customer support...)

Best regards,
Ryan
Still not working. I will reply in detail by email, please respond.
Hello Ryan,

Please help me. I am trying to transfer my domains from Gandi to
another host. The other host informs me that you have blocked them.
Please unblock them.

The domains are:
maxgrace.com
and
maxgrace.org

Thank you,
Bill Giovannetti
