Hello, I have applied to transfer my domain name to you. I have paid for
this, but neither administrator or owner of the domain name have
received their FOA's. I applied for the transfer on Tuesday 6th March.
Can you tell me how long it will be before we receive the FOA's, we
would like our domain name transfered as soon as possible.

I apologize for taking so long to reply to your question, but normally
specific questions such as yours should be sent to our support team via
the e-mail form (https://www.gandi.net/faq/form_contact_sup...). This
forum is really intended for peer-to-peer advice and help...

That being said, I have just checked your transfer status, and I have
relaunched it with the e-mail address listed as your domain's
administrative contact, and you should be getting your confirmation
e-mail within an hour maximum.
