Hello,

My company hosts www.defifoo.com website on our platform.

It's the first we encountered issues about a domain name.

Issue : This domain name is not available for our net surfers.

For example : when a net surfer types on his web browser www.defifoo.com
it returns a blank page for about 30 minutes and then it returns a
response.
When it presses "F5" it returns the website.

We checked  :
* server => we changed it.
* web server ip address => we changed it.
* switch => we changed it.
* application responses with another domain name : www.defifoo.fr and we
have no issue with it.

DNS servers are monitored.

What can I do ? Maybe is there an issue with root servers ?
