I am extremely angry as I have jumped through many hoops for MANY WEEKS
to properly adminsitrate and transfer several of my clients domains
that are EXPIRING SOON and despite my best efforts, you have not done
the very simply task of approving our transfers.

Below the error log is the email GANDI sent ME saying the transfers were
going through.  And yet - once again - they did NOT.


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO LEAVE YOUR SERVICE?  PLEASE ADVISE.  YES, I'M
YELLING AS NO OTHER KINDER EFFORT HAS WORKED SO FAR.

I have since learned that the problem stems from GANDI using different
OWNER info than ADMINISTRATIVE, TECHNICAL OR BILLING contact info -
which is NOT an ICANN standard as it does not translate to WHOIS
information.

I do not have the OWNER password.

The OWNER email address does not work.

I am STUCK and my domains are held hostage at this point requiring us to
pay hundreds of dollars in renewal fees - JUST so we can change OWNERS -
and then FINALLY transfer them.

Can...WILL you guys offer any help?  While your site attempts to be
multi-ligual, your standards are all European and I've just realized we
have not a year (12-03-07) - but 6 days (03-12-07) to renew or transfer
these domains.

What a nightmare...thank you for any actual >help< you can provide.
