Gandi.net Groups

I have a .com domain that was registered by Fast24, a UK registrar who
went bust last year. The actual registration was done by them through
bulkregister.com, but it's all in my name and has a current and valid
email address in the whois record. I need to renew the domain. I
emailed bulkregister but have received no response. Can I go ahead and
transfer the domain to gandi, and deal with the problems that arise
then?

Without the domain name, it is very difficult to reply because each 
domain is particular.
