Gandi said that our handle is in violation of ICANN terms and Gandi's terms because of missing contact information. The penalty for having incorrect information is apparently a suspension of all of our domains. On October 30 we were given 15 days to solve the problem. We immediately tried to check that our contact information was current but the link to: https://www.gandi.net/admin/domain/modify/... Just took us back to: https://www.gandi.net/admin/domain/ So something is broken. I have emailed six times about this issue. Gandi has not responded. I emailed Gandi on Oct 30, Oct 31, Nov 4, Nov 6, Nov 10 and now Nov 12 regarding Ref1751663. Apparently shaming customer support into responding has worked for others so I'm posting here in the hopes that someone at Gandi reads this. I know the search engines will index it if nothing else.

I left a voicemail at +33.143737851. We will see if that has any effect.

Nothing yet. If Gandi does not respond tomorrow that will be a big problem. Tomorrow is the end of the 15 day period Gandi gave for us to fix the problem that their system won't let us fix. Gandi doesn't mind threatening domain suspension for non-compliance and then ignoring all attempts to comply. If Gandi actually suspends our domains that could be financially ruinous for our little company. Does anyone from Gandi read these message boards?

We got a response from Gandi today. No explanation for the 14 day
delay.
We sorted out one issue. Unfortunately the contact info problem that
led to their threats of domain suspension still remains.
Gandi claims they don't have my first/last name. The confusing thing:
Gandi has my first and last name, and always has. In fact, I am fairly
sure that my initials form the first two letters of the handle Gandi
created when I signed up. ("PS-xxxx")
It's possible that Gandi wants my first/last name in the whois records
for our domains. I don't think that this is what they mean though
because th whois info for gandi.net does not include a person's name:
$ whois gandi.net
...
owner-c:
nic-hdl: GS1833-GANDI
owner-name: Gandi SAS
organisation: Gandi SAS
person: Gandi SAS
...
Nothing so far indicates that threatening domain suspension for
non-compliance and then ignoring all attempts to comply is abnormal or
unusual for Gandi. Pretty scary and frustrating stuff.
