www.nochedelapasion.be was end of life and did not needed to be renewed. So far OK. But whitin seconds a domain squatter bought it in the hope to resell it by auction. Sedo GmbH in Cologne Germany bought this, a company owned by Adlink who is a well known online marketing agency. They are squatting more than 3 million domain names. Besides that I find that business and so also Adlink miles less that valuable than e.g. street prostitution, that their managers Tim Schumacher, Ulrich Priesner, Marius Würzner are opportunistic inspiration less souls, and can only have the same pride of their achievements like simple shoplifters ... how in the world do they manage to squat released domains within seconds? With the collaboration of Gandi? Or dns.be?

No, there is no collaboration involved. Quite simply, cybersquatters use automated scripts that constantly try to purchase domain names through brute force. HOWEVER! Usually cybersquatters will register a domain name and then hold it for 4 days, and if nobody has come forward (such as the ex owner who "lost" the domain and "needs" to purchase it again...) to purchase the domain name from them (usually at an average cost of 2000 Dollars) then they will delete the domain name and be refunded by the registry. So, if your domain was registered by a cybersquatter, I suggest waiting 5 days (during this time, avoid performing whois look-ups, except for trusted whois search engines such as http://www.gandi.net/whois) and then see if it has been deleted. You can often then register it at the normal price at your favorite registrar ;) Good luck,
