Our current provider attempted to transfer domain to you in july
(accepted the transfer as requested, see email below) however the
response was not acknowledged by you and we are now not able to re start
the order. Please can you restart the transfer as the necessary
instructions were followed!?
We should not have to pay again for a failed transfer that was not our
fault.
Please respond asap as we have tried for 2 months to contact you.
