Domain General: Customer Support is a shame!

You guys are a joke! you charge close to everything double for the most
banal of customer service. I sent a request to refund my credit card for
failed dotme registrations, which you guys handled like amateurs in the
first place, and still haven't heard from any one. Even godaddy
automatically refunds your credit card for failed domain registrations.
You guys make people go through hoops with stupid gandi credits...  I
don't want fake money to spend back on your garbage service. I want my
real money in my credit card account!

The credit of the prepaid account is the standard procedure and is very 
useful for our customers.
There is however, and of course, no problem whatsoever to be refunded on

the credit card used for the transaction.
For this, you just need to write to Gandi support.
Please use the form available on our site, in the "Support" Tab 
(http://www.gandi.net/faq/contact_support/) to request this refund.
