We have requested a change of maintainer one month ago and never received any message saying that something wasn't correct in the procedure. Had to find out calling the Italian registry and resending the documentation. After writing many times to the support, I get very generic answers after long time - even if I point out how urgent it is. All I have asked for was confirmation of the completion of the procedure, since the order status is not updated. For other services Gandi works well, but for transfers it must have some procedural problems. And an answer from the staff would be appreciated.
