Subject: Domain Transfer to different gandi account

Hello,
we have to accounts at gandi and now we want to transfer one domain,
which is valid and paid until May 2009 from one account to another.
Do we have to pay for that extra? And does the already done payment
(until 2009) becomes invalid?
