Hello/Bonjour, I am a new customer of Gandi because it was recommended by a Moonfruit forum moderator/assistant. I have since learned they are a part of the same group. I bought a domain name from Gandi this week and have set the DNS A record to point to my Moonfruit website and selected Masked mode because I really don't want my site visitors to see my Moonfruit web address. I had no problems with my previous domain name provider, but now with Gandi as my provider, my Favourites icon is no longer being displayed in the address bar. Why would this be? Any ideas?.... Anyone? Thanks, Stefan

Okay, I found the answer to my question under someone's else post entitled 'favicon'. Apparently favourites icons are not supported by Gandi's system in Masked mode. Great :-/ Very annoying. Very, very annoying. Back to www.lowcostnames.co.uk

Hi Stefan, What is your domain ? You can using a "clean" redirection to moonfruit with one "A" record.

Hi Jonathan, I take it all back. Miraculously, my favicon is now visible when I enter either www[MASKED].com or just [MASKED].com. However, I am concerned that I will experience problems with both PayPal and Search Engine Indexing because I want my visitors to see my domain in the address bar and not Moonfruit's (I have selected Masked forwarding and changed my DNA A record to point to 146.101.249.107). Do you have any suggestions how I can display my domain without experiencing these difficulties? Thanks, Stefan

Okay. I now understand that by simply pointing the DNS A record to Moonfruit's servers and NOT selecting masked forwarding as well, all my problems are solved (PayPal, search engine indexing and favicon all operating correctly). Stefan
