Domain General: How to change master name server

Hi,

When i bought my domain, i choose to be the master of my DNS zone, a
computer at home. Then I discover Gandi hosting and migrate my
webservices to this "computer". To ensure all is working, i update my
DNS zone from my old computer(at home so) and all update are available
in ns6.gandi.net.

Today i want to redefine the master of my DNS zone to the "xen computer"
hosted at gandi. How i can do this ? Must i to have to disable the
transfer lock ?
