Gandi.net Groups

I am really struggling with transferring some of my domains to
Gandi.net.

gites.org.uk has failed - stating that the authorisation key was invalid
- thats becasue I haven't entered one - and that's because I don't have
one. All my current provider requires me to do is enter Gandi's IPSTAG
on their system and away it goes...

I am still awaiting an answer from support staff on the failed transfer
of a .eu domain to Gandi, so I am posing a question here in the hope of
a swifter response...

i.e. what is this authorisation key and frm where do I get it?

Remarkably, after posting this mail, the transfers went ahead with no
problem... still no contact from anyone at Gandi however - but then, I
don't need it now.
