Blog General: Domain renewal didn't go through

I paid for a domain renewal at the beginning of this month and just got
an email today stating that the order was in progress? I got a
confirmation page when the credit card transfer went through. I paid
again, mainly due to I can't have this domain lapsing because it deals
with my business. I won't get my statement for a few more days to see
if I was charged but I wanted to know who I contact to get the original
removed (if there was an original). I have a copy of both the emails
from both purchases.
