Hello...
I have logged in and selected my Domain IRISHWEDDINGCARS.COM  and
scrolled down to technical settings and clicked "update"
There are 2 "Gandi" nameservers there and I put in my new nameservers (
which have been verified with another .co.uk domain ). I then click
submit and then activate and I get this errer message
"DNS server change unsuccessful for IRISHWEDDINGCARS.COM : Error
occurred while changing the NS at the registry".

Any ideas what is wrong.

Hi Damien,

You might try manually indicating the IP addresses of the nameservers
after you have specified them. I have found that this often solves that
issue.

Hi,

I understand this is not the most suitable category for this issue but
I'll continue anyway. I'm facing the same problem with my .pro domain.
When I try to change the nameservers to external DNS servers I get the
error "DNS server change unsuccessful for [mydomain].pro : Error
occurred while changing the NS at the registry ". I even tried to
manuallu specify the server IP addresses without any luck.

Is there a solution to sort out this problem? Thanks!

Can you send an email to support with the domain name in question and 
the name servers to use ?
