Blog General: Unable to register blog in Technorati

Hello -- I am unable to get my blog listed at Technorati. They only
recognize the URL without the 'www' e.g. http://techpolicygirl.com
instead of www.techpolicygirl.com. When following the link to the
non-www URL it ends at a 'Site does not exist' Gandi page. Technorati's
customer support says I need to set up a "HTTP 301 Status" to redirect
http://techpolicygirl.com to go to http://www.techpolicygirl.com, but I
don't see information in the support pages to do this.
