Is the service down without warning (again) ? Same yesterday, several
times (I believe, all day/night):

  "This blog is coming back soon..."

Well, seems solved "already" ^^

1. I guess you were already working on this ?
2. Could you please confirm this was a known issue ?
3. What could have caused such a long service interruption ?
4. Will you notify your customers for any further service interruption ?

I could not find any warning on the Info tab, hence my questions here.

Issue is "back".

Seems intermittent. Server overload ?
