And we're another one, a few months later. I wish I'd thought to check these
forums sooner. We had one support response, tried their suggested action,
same result, now support have gone quiet.  Anyone actually manage to renew?

I think we're going to buy elsewhere to avoid further problems. How much
lost business must this be costing Gandi? It seems a shame that the SSL
profits won't help support the projects like the WWF.
