I recently renewed a SSL certificate. Unfortunately the expiration date in
the ssl manage page didn't change and I was unable to download the renewed
certificate.

Now it has passed the expiry date and there are no actions available in the
ssl manage page against the domain and if I click on it it tells me I can
only renew the certificate within 60 days of expiry!

So I'm completely screwed, has anyone else seen this problem?  If so how was
it resolved?
