I have sent 6 emails (3 from my work and 3 from my gmail account) to faq-ticket@gandi.net informing you of an issue we are having emailing one of your users. It has been 120 hours since my initial email to gandi and i have received no response from gandi.net and there has been no change in the communication with your email servers. Please respond to my emails! Do i need to paste the contents of those emails to this forum to have the problem addressed? p.s. yes i already checked the spam folder on my gmail account for your responses as well as the junk mail folder / spam firewall here at work and i see no response from gandi.
