Richard, As explained in my mail, your message to support was actually filtered as spam, which explains why you did not receive an answer before today. Sorry about this. Regarding your mail issue : The problem comes from the fact that we have been blacklisted by Hotmail and Verizon. As usual in these cases we cannot do much but wait for the standard 72 hours for this blacklisting to end. On our side, we are currently working on improving our system so this does not happen again.
