I don't know if Gandi has corrected this problem or not -- they still have never responded to any of my email messages -- but over the last hour or so, I've received approximately 40 messages most 2 to 3 days old but two that were *5 days* old. Gandi finds time to tell us about the wonderful tee-shirts that are available (only to EU customers, by the way) and to herald plans for the grand opening of their UK office.
