Desole, je ne peut pas responder en francais parce que je suis anglais
et tres mal en francais. Mais je comprend francais un petit peut,

Yeah the mail servers seem to be broken. All connections to my mailbox
just time out. It has been slow for several days, and getting slower,
and now... ne rien. I had very long delays on incoming email last Monday
too, several hours, like another poster on this forum. This needs to be
fixed, permanently, because email is an "essential service" which I
cannot have randomly going wrong.

I have contacted Gandi support using the online form, but of course
cannot see replies...
