Well, I've had problems but up to now anyway they are my own fault, I didn't know how to handle the interface so I made mistakes. Hopefully I'll learn. There is only one thing which I find irritating right now, it's the message "If an order remains "in progress" for an unreasonable length of time, it is probably because your prepaid account does not have enough credit." I have credited my account by credit card and been told the transaction was accepted and that the receiver would be informed. But the status is still "in progress" half an hour later. What on Earth do they call "a reasonable length of time"? I think it would be more helpful if they said "after one hour" or whatever is the case. Then I wouldn't be hanging on that page doing shift-reload and feeling bored.
