Gandi.net Groups

I've noticed that newer Debian-based machines are (slightly?) different
to their older counterparts -- e.g. the rc.local script has changed and
there appears to be more files in /etc.  I'd quite like to have all of
my machines in sync; does anyone know if the changes being made are
available as a changelog/list or as a package (or package upgrade)?
